Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket Realtor Resources

Since 2004, The Cape Cod & Islands Multiple Listing Service, Inc. and The MLS Property Information Network (H3) have recognized the need to provide a solution for Members to enter their listings into the respective MLS Systems. This solution is called The Reciprocal Listing Agreement. This agreement allows our CC&IMLS members to enter listings into MLS PIN, and MLS PIN REALTOR® members to enter listings into the CC&IMLS. The details of the agreement are as follows: $30 entry fee for each listing. Reciprocal listings have the same syndication exposure as regular listings with the exception of CC&IMLS Tours. Reciprocal listings are NOT allowed on CC&IMLS Tours. Reciprocal listings are allowed to have open houses added. All changes to listings must be sent in writing (email is acceptable), with the appropriate change form. Members do not have the ability to modify their listing in another MLS. When a change is requested and completed by MLS staff, a detailed listing sheet showing the changes is emailed to the Reciprocal Member.

For entering a Listing into The Cape Cod & Islands MLS please provide the following:

• A check made out to CC&IMLS for $30 for each listing. VISA/MasterCard is also accepted, please include card number & expiration date.
• Your business card or photo copy of the same.
• A letter of good standing from your REALTOR® Association.
• A photo of the property; up to 35 are allowed (under 2 MB's per photo) and should be emailed to photos@cciaor.com.
• A copy of the listing sheet from your MLS system (an Agent Detail Report or other full listing report).
• A copy of the listing contract, signed by yourself and the property owner.
• The completed CC&IMLS Listing Data Entry forms, which can be found here.

Once we have received ALL of the above items, we can input your listing into our MLS data system. Please fax the completed Listing Data Entry forms to 508-771-0067 or mail to: MLS Department, Attention: Deb Hazard, 22 Mid-Tech Drive, West Yarmouth, MA, 02673.

 
For entering a Listing into MLS PIN (H3) please provide the following:

• A check made out to MLS PIN for $30 for each listing. 
• Your business card or photo copy of the same.  
• A photo of the property; up to 30 are allowed and should be emailed to photos@cciaor.com.
• A copy of the Cape Cod and Islands MLS Listing (Agent Detail Report).
• A copy of the listing contract, signed by yourself and the property owner.
• The completed MLS PIN Submission Cover Letter, which can be found here.
• The completed MLS PIN Listing Entry forms, which can be found here.

Once we have received ALL of the above items, the information provided will be forwarded to MLS PIN and entered into their system. Please fax the completed information and Listing Data Entry forms to 508-771-0067 or mail to: MLS Department, Attention: Deb Hazard,  22 Mid-Tech Drive, West Yarmouth, MA, 02673.
