John Anjos- is the President of Anjos Realty Services (ARS) and has more than thirty-six years of experience as a Real Estate instructor, broker and investor. He is a licensed real estate broker in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts, and is also an adjunct Real Estate Professor at the University of Massachusetts in Dartmouth. John also speaks Portuguese and has taught the Salespersons Pre-Licensing Course in Portuguese at the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS®, Inc. Real Estate Institute.
  Jeff Chute- has been in the Real Estate business for over 25 years. His roles have included agent, office manager, and principal-broker. Along the way, he has earned the following designations: ABR, SRES, GREEN, SRS, CBR, GRI and SFR. A recipient of the 2003 “REALTOR® Outstanding Service Award” from the Plymouth and South Shore Association of REALTORS®, and the 2010 MAR Educator of the Year, Jeff has been a part of many committees both at the local and state level. Jeff holds a brokers license in Massachusetts and an associate brokers license in Maine. A Massachusetts certified instructor, Jeff has taught a number of designation courses including the ABR, SRES, GREEN, REOS and  SRS  along with numerous CE courses both in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine. Jeff also specializes in teaching courses such as SFR, HAFA, BPOR and any others.

Andrew Consoli- has been teaching real estate and first time buyer classes for over 15 years. Andrew edited and approved Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) courses.  Andy has developed and teaches over 30 real estate courses. He developed and teaches state and nationally approved home inspection courses, Andrew also developed New Hampshire real estate courses approved for Internet, correspondence and live presentations. Andrew teaches four courses for Mass GRI.  He teaches on a regular basis for more than a dozen real estate boards, including but not limited to Berkshire, Tri-County, Cape Cod & the Islands, Eastern Middlesex, North Shore, Worcester, Springfield, Boston, etc. He also teaches for Century-21 Council.  He has taught at conventions for Massachusetts Board, Springfield, Carlson GMAC, Jack Conway Realtors, etc.  Andrew Teaches pre-license sales, broker, continuing education, state approved home inspector courses, and contractor and EPA DOS RRP courses.   Andrew is also a certified Fair Housing Instructor through MCAD.  He holds classes in Spanish for the Spanish speaking community in Lawrence, Lowell and Haverhill.  Andrew teaches over 500 Classes annually. 

  Ruth Dillingham-  is Special Counsel for First American Title Insurance Company in the New England region.  In that capacity she interacts with title agents and all of their business partners including lenders and real estate agents with the intent of keeping all parties apprised of any new developments in lending, compliance or conveyance practices.  She presents numerous training programs for attorneys, real estate agents and lenders with a concentration on emerging issues. While in private practice, Ruth had a special concentration in real estate title and conveyance matters as well as mortgage lending and compliance law.
 Jean Fitzgerald

Jean Fitzgerald- teaches national designations and CEU courses for the Cape Cod and Islands Association of REALTORS®, Inc. Jean has been in the real estate business since 1977 as a sales associate, sales manager, the general manager of a multi-office corporation, and the proprietor of a real estate company. Jean brings an incredible enthusiasm and 30 years of experience and knowledge to our association.

 

 

Anita Hill

- is the owner of Anita Hill Training & Seminars and has spent over 31 years establishing her credentials in the field of real estate with an emphasis on training and education. She creates and presents educational programs that are current, relevant, and innovative to a variety of organizations and companies throughout New England.Anita’s in depth knowledge, skill at conveying a concept and easy manner make her a much sought after instructor. She has been a guest speaker at several Massachusetts Association of Realtors, New Hampshire Association of Realtors and Vermont Association of Realtors conventions and educational conferences. She is an Instructor for the Certified Buyer Representative (CBR) and the Accredited Seller Representative (ASR) course, a GRI instructor for New Hampshire Association of Realtors and teaches their new agent training program entitled “Real Estate Professional Series”, an instructor for the Real Estate Brokerage Professional Ethics course for the Vermont Association of Realtors and the Massachusetts Association of Realtors. She is an instructor for the “Realty Guild”, a group of independent offices in Massachusetts.
Anita is a member of the Real Estate Educators Association, as well as a past member of the GMAC National Training Advisory Board. 
She has served as an advisor and chairperson for the Continuing Education Development and Review committee of the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Real Estate Brokers & Salespersons.
For over 20 years, Anita has participated in writing test questions for the Massachusetts real estate exam and in June of 2007 participated in writing test questions for the National Real Estate Exam.
As the former director of professional development for Carlson GMAC real estate, she developed training programs for new and experienced agents and managers. 
She is the author of seventh and eighth edition of “Massachusetts Real Estate Practice and Law” published by Dearborn Real Estate Education.
Anita has been named Educator of the Year by the Realty Guild, the Cape & Islands Association of Realtors, and the Northeast Association of Realtors. 

Karen Jaworski ABR, CRS, CBR, GRI, LTG - is the office manager for ERA Cape Real Estate, LLC. She represents Buyers and Sellers on a daily basis and has been a REALTOR® with the Cape Cod and Islands Association of REALTORS®, Inc. (CC&IAOR) since 1979 and was president of the Association in 1995. Karen is also the CC&IAOR and CC&IMLS Professional Standards Consultant and a MA Certified Mediator. She instructs the CC&IAOR New Member Orientation Program and  teaches the NAR-required Quadrennial-Code of Ethics class to existing REALTOR® members on a monthly basis. Within the course, she has authored case studies that the students participate in at the end of the session. Karen co-teaches both the Salespersons and Broker pre-licensing courses and many MA CE courses at the Mid-Cape Real Estate School in West Dennis. Also, she has authored and teaches 1-2 hour sessions on relevant topics to help real estate agents increase their business and/or have a better understanding of how to ethically conduct their business when working with buyers/sellers/fellow REALTORS®. At the local level, Karen has participated as Professional Standards Chair, Education Chair, Presidential Advisory Committee Member and a Bylaw Committee Member. At the state level, Karen has participated as State Director, Alternative State Director, Regional Vice President, GRI Committee Member, GRI Dean, Education Committee Member and MAR Professional Standards Committee Member. Her classes offer advice regarding day-to-day real estate business practice.

Jody O’Brien, GRI, CBR- is the owner of Platinum Real Estate Academy.   She possesses a wealth of experience - both as a practitioner and an educator.  During her real estate career, she was a consistent multi-million dollar producer who accumulated substantial sales recognition awards including Multi Million Dollar Club, Master Level Sales Associate and the recipient of the President’s Citation for Excellence in Customer Service. Jody was the 2003 President of the Northeast Association of REALTORS® and has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®.  She has been actively involved in her local association as liaison to the Northern Region Education Partnership, Chair of the Education, Convention, and Events Committees, as well as a New Member Orientation instructor.  Her service awards include Chairperson of the Year Award (twice), 1999 Distinguished Service Award, and 2003 Massachusetts Educator of the Year. She has been active in the state association since 1995 serving on the Education Committee, GRI, Professional Development and Agency Task Force, and Events Committee. Jody is an instructor of continuing education courses for the Northeast, Eastern Middlesex, Greater Boston, Cape Cod & Islands Massachusetts Associations of REALTORS® and a GRI instructor. She has been a regularly featured presenter at events for both the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® and GMAC Real Estate—regional and national levels for both.  On the national level, she is a member of the Real Estate Educators Association (REEA). On the local level, Jody has been a contributor to the Lawrence Eagle Tribune, writing informative real estate articles for the consumer. She is a member of the Lawrence Exchange Club and has served as a member of the Board of Directors and has chaired the Policeman of the Year Committee. She has been involved in their programs to bring awareness and funding to child abuse, supported the Lawrence Boys and Girls Club and educational scholarships for Greater Lawrence youth.
 

Linda O'Connor- has twenty-five years of real estate service, Broker/Owner, Linda O’Connor, ABR, CRS, GRI, ITI, LTG, PMN, has built a reputation of honesty, fairness, diligence, and through her efforts on behalf of all industry participants, has become a well respected REALTOR® across the state. She has served as the North Shore Association of REALTORS® in many capacities, including Multiple Listing Service President in  1992 and 1993, and Board President in 1996. She also served as the North Shore Women's Council of REALTORS® Chapter President three times. She is a statewide instructor for the Graduate REALTOR® Institute, and served as the President of the Massachusetts Chapter of Certified Residential Specialists for 2007. She was named MAR Educator of the Year in 2007.

  Robert J. Nahigian, SIOR, CRE - has thirty-two years of real estate experience with twenty-four years exclusively in commercial and industrial. Rob has served as a developer, advisor, expert witness and broker of approximately $4.1 billion of real estate totaling 31 million square feet. He is recognized as a national leader in his industry; a frequent speaker; and invited columnist to newspapers. He is a “Mass. Certified Real Estate Mediator”. Rob was nominated by GBREB: CBA as “2003 Boston’s Commercial Broker of the Year”; was awarded “2001 Industrial Deal of The Year”; “2003 Advisory Assignment of the Year,” and “Distinguished Achievements in Commercial Leasing” He was awarded by Banker & Tradesman as “Top 125 Business Leaders in Massachusetts”; and featured as “Movers and Shakers of Real Estate”; “People to Watch in New England Real Estate”; “Who’s Who in New England Real Estate”; “Who’s Who in the East”; “Who’s Who in America” and “Who’s Who in Residential and Commercial Real Estate”.

Mr. Nahigian is currently, Principal of Auburndale Realty Co. He provides brokerage/advisory and expert trial witness services to public agencies, investment portfolio groups and corporations in New England, Missouri, Ohio, California and Florida. Client have included: AT&T, Warren Buffet’s Berkshire Hathaway Real Estate Group, Goldman, Sachs/Archon Group, MDFA, Rizzo Associates, Mass Attorney General, Weyerhaeuser Corp, CB Richard Ellis, and Legg, Mason.

Formerly, Mr. Nahigian was Director, Office/Industrial Division of The Robbins Group in Cambridge, Massachusetts with office/industrial responsibilities in New England. Previous he was Vice-President of The Norwood Group in Burlington, Massachusetts specializing on build-to-suits and speculative developments. He was also a City Planner in Bowie, Maryland; a planner with Perkins & Will, New York City and a junior planner with the Bethlehem (Pa.) Redevelopment Authority.

He is a Senior Lecturer at Boston University and MAR and lectured at Harvard, MIT, Northeastern, Rutgers, Lehigh and DePaul Universities. Mr. Nahigian is an invited speaker in the United States, Canada, Mexico, South America and Europe by SIOR, Colliers, NAI, ONCOR, NACORE, CIREI, NAIOP, IDRC, CRE, AMPI, Latin American Real Estate Conference and other realtor associations. Mr. Nahigian has co-authored three real estate books and over 160 professional articles.

Mr. Nahigian received his BA from Lehigh University and holds a Masters in Urban Planning from Columbia University. He has earned the SIOR and CRE designations; and elected to Lambda Alpha International, an honorary land economics society. Rob served as the CRE National Chair, Public Relations Committee and is on the National Board of Directors. He serves (d) on MAR/GBREB Govt. Affairs, Agency Law, Commercial State Overlay Board, Education and Curriculum Committees; Worcester Board Ed Task Force and CBA Board of Directors.

With SIOR, Mr. Nahigian serves as National Vice-Chair, Education Committee and was National Co-Chair, 2001 Boston Convention; National Budget & Finance Committee; Nominating Committee; National Committee VP; New England Chapter President; National Education and Instructor Chair; NE Regional Vice-President; Executive Committee; National Board of Directors; and EdFund. He is a SIOR Senior Instructor and was voted the 1994/2002/2003 SIOR National Instructor of the Year.

  Debbie Martin - has been a REALTOR® for nearly 30 years and is currently CEO of ERA Cape Real Estate.  She is a Massachusetts state licensed instructor and she has her own school of Real Estate, Mid Cape Real Estate School, out of the West Dennis ERA office.  She offers continuing education and Pre Licensing Classes for the Massachusetts Salesperson and Brokers Exam through her school and for various Associations.  Debbie is a graduate of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® Instructor Training Institute and the "Train the Trainer" program at the Realogy Corporation.   The Realogy corporation is the parent company for ERA, Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Sotheby's and Better Homes and Gardens.
