The Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS®, Inc. (CC&IAOR) Affiliate Membership Program offers you quality member benefits to complement your marketing plan and provides exposure of your products and services to CC&IAOR REALTOR® members.

  • The Affiliate Dues are $200 and are prorated on a quarterly basis from the time of acceptance.
  • If you have multiple professionals who are interested in Affiliate Membership, the Secondary Affiliate Dues are $50 and prorated on a quarterly basis from the time of acceptance.
  • The completed application will be presented to Membership Committee who will then recommend to the Board of Directors your election to membership.
  • Following election to membership the member will receive a letter of acceptance and membership card.

PLEASE NOTE:  No dues shall be rebated in the event of resignation or termination of membership.
