Salesperson & Broker Licensing Courses

Salesperson Pre-Licensing Course:

An individual wishing to become a real estate agent must first complete the 40 hour state-mandated salesperson licensing course. Please check the calendar of events to sign up today!

Broker Pre-Licensing Course:

Real estate agents who have already acquired their salesperson license, and have worked as a real estate agent for 3 years or more, are eligible to become licensed real estate Brokers by first completing a 40 hour Broker Course. Please check our calendar of events  to sign up for the next brokers class!

Real Estate Exams:

Once you have finished either the salesperson or broker pre-licensing course, you will schedule your testing date and time – when it is convenient for you!
