Salesperson & Broker Licensing Courses

We offer the courses and resources that will help you begin a new career, or advance your current one! Our Salesperson and Brokers Pre-License courses are taught by expert instructor Harold Fuhrman.
Salesperson Pre-Licensing Course:
An individual wishing to become a real estate agent must first complete the 24 hour state-mandated salesperson licensing course, which we conveniently offer 6 times per year, and can be completed in as little as a weekend! Please check the calendar of events to sign up today!
Broker Pre-Licensing Course:
Real estate agents who have already acquired their salesperson license, and have worked as a real estate agent for a year or more, are eligible to become licensed real estate Brokers by first completing a 30 hour, weekend-long Broker Pre-License Course. We offer numerous broker courses throughout the year, please check our calendar of events to sign up for the next brokers class!
Real Estate Exams:
Once you have finished either the salesperson or broker’s pre-licensing course, you will schedule your testing date and time – when it is convenient for you! The exam for Massachusetts Real Estate Salespeople & Brokers is administered by Pearson Vue, please visit their webpage or contact them at 1-800-274-0501 for further information.
